Spicy Chicken and Bean Burritos
Description
Stolen from a package of tortillas.
Ingredients
| 1 | c | onion (chopped) |
| 2 | T | vegetable oil |
| 2 | c | Chicken (cooked and shredded) |
| 1 | cn | Refried Beans |
| 1 | c | salsa (medium) |
| 3⁄4 | c | shredded colby jack or cheddar cheese |
| 1 | cn | diced green chilies ((4oz)) |
| 1 | T | chili powder |
| 1⁄2 | t | Garlic powder |
| 1⁄2 | t | ground cumin |
| 1⁄2 | t | hot pepper sauce |
| 8 | flour tortillas |
Instructions
In a skillet saute onion in oil until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients except tortillas. Heat until cheese begins to melt. Spoon 1/2 cup mixture into each tortilla before folding.
