Description
A great simple appetizer for breakfast or anytime!
Ingredients
| 1 | lb | ground sausage |
| 3 | c | baking mix (like Bisquick) |
| 4 | c | shredded colby jack or cheddar cheese |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix all ingredients well in large bowl. If using a non non-stick cookie sheet line it with foil. Shape mixture into walnut sized balls. Place balls about 1 inch apart on cookie sheet. Bake for 12 to 16 minutes or until golden. Let cool completely before removing from sheet.
