Mud's Chili Verde
Description
This chili is great by itself or served over burritos.
Ingredients
| 2 | pork steaks (cubed, 1/2 inch) | |
| 2 | clv | garlic (crushed) |
| 1 | onion (diced) | |
| 2 | cn | diced tomatos |
| 2 | cn | chopped green chiles |
| 6 | oz | cheddar cheese |
Instructions
Lightly season steak with salt and pepper and fry until done. Crush garlic and dice onion, add with remaining ingredients to steak pan. Bring mixture to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 1/2 to 3 hours. Top with cheddar cheese before serving.
